Registration and set up is quick and easy. Configure the telephone number(s) you wish to receive calls at, set up your business hours, and apply your button html code on to your website, social site, or blog. Below is a short description of the process a customer would go through to use Click to Call:
 The customer clicks the button, enters their phone number, and the system dials you and the customer simultaneously. While the customer waits they can hear a short greeting telling them their connection is being made. The customer is not charged for the call and for added privacy your phone number is never revealed.
The system routes the request to the agent telephone number you have pre configured for that Call Me button. Create as many pre-configured Call Me buttons as you wish. Assign a button for each department to ensure visitors are immediately speaking with the right agent. This results in time savings, customer satisfaction, and increased sales.
The application is entirely online, the only thing you need to do is add a link or button html to your website. There is no special telephone hardware or headsets needed. There is no subscription or contracts that you need to sign up for. Calls are routed using the existing telephone lines to existing telephone hardware of you and your customer.
Configuration
Simple web based access to our control panel allows for quick and easy configuration. Create multiple users/departments on your account at no cost. Granular permission groups allow you to permit or deny user access to any area of the application. Allow some users to modify their profile while others cannot. Allow some users to view call activity while others cannot. You are in control.
Full system flexibility with multiple agent profiles and phone numbers at no extra cost. You can set up as many numbers and times slots to any days of the week for which you wish to receive calls. You can even assign different phone numbers to different icons on your website. For example, sales calls will be directed to the sales department while support calls will go directly to the customer support team.
The call history for every agent can be viewed in real time or downloaded as a csv file for use with Microsoft Excel or other application.
